No More Underm Stains :)

Remove Clothing Underarm Stains

Sure, the collar of that undershirt looks fine, but the armpits are caked and yellow like you're developing uranium for a nascent nuclear weapons program. Gross. Apparently the aluminum salts in most antiperspirants mixes with sweat to create a mostly-waterproof stain. The salicylic acid in aspirin makes a nice little anti-yellowcake mixture that can eradicate those sweat stains.

Crush up enough pills and mix with water to create enough paste to cover the sweat stain of your choice. Let it sit for several minutes then rinse. Launder as usual. This treatment is good for any protein-based stain, so pull it out for those times when you get some of that nosebleed on your shirt or dribble egg yolk onto your pants due to over-over-easiness.

Note: pound for pound, this is an expensive method of removing sweat stains (compared to using lemon juice, enzymatic meat tenderizer, or white vinegar), but it's a good thing to bear in mind if you're surprised by a serious stain in a random hotel room that stocks aspirin, but not meat tenderizer, in the lobby gift shop. Pepperoni Pizza Puffs adapted from Everyday with Rachael Ray and Cassie Craves Printer Friendly Version

•3/4 cup flour
•3/4 teaspoon baking powder
•1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
•pinch of salt
•3/4 cup whole milk
•1 egg, lightly beaten
•1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
•1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
•1 cup cubed pepperoni
•1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 24-cup mini-muffin pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt and red pepper flakes (if using) ; whisk in the milk and egg. Stir in the mozzarella, Parmesan and pepperoni; let stand for 10 minutes.

2. Stir the batter and divide among the mini-muffin cups. Bake until puffed and golden, 20 to 25 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, microwave the pizza sauce until warmed through. Serve the puffs with the pizza sauce for dipping.

NOTE: All my batter did not fit into the 24-mini muffin pan. So I made a full size muffin with the leftover batter. Some pans are larger than others so you may not have have an issue.

Looking to Make a Unique Valentine's Day Centerpiece?

The beauty of this centerpiece is you can tailor it however you like. By changing the colors and how you decorate it, you can make yours unique!

What you'll need: 9” paper plate
Red and pink acrylic paint
2” foam ball
1 sheet glitter pink felt
1 sheet red craft foam
Colorful sequins
1 craft stick
White craft glue
Scissors
Thin white ribbon
Red glitter glue
Craft jewels (hearts, tear drops, etc.)
Paintbrush
Hot glue gun (optional)

How to make it: Paint the paper plate red and set aside to dry.
Cut the foam ball in half, save the other half for another project.
Paint the half ball with red paint and let dry.
Paint the craft stick with pink paint and let dry.
Find the center of the plate and mark it with a pencil.
Cut the pink glitter felt into eight ½” strips. You may have some felt left over, save it for another project.
Glue the felt strips, glitter side down, to the center of the plate, going around the plate evenly.
Insert the pink craft stick into the round side of the half foam ball. Glue the flat side of the half foam ball into the center of the plate. Holding the craft stick with one hand, fold one of the strips up and under the foam ball. Repeat for all strips until they resemble a flower. The glue will not hold right away. Remove the craft stick and place something heavy on top of the foam ball (we used a box of crayons).
This will need to dry for several hours in order to adhere. Alternatively, you may use a glue gun to speed up the process.
Meanwhile, cut two hearts from red craft foam, about 4” wide at the top. Decorate the hearts by gluing sequins around the border of each one. Allow to dry.
When hearts are dry, glue the craft stick to the back of one of the hearts, near the bottom. Glue the other heart on so that the hearts are back to back and the craft stick is in between them. Allow to dry.
Tie two pieces of white ribbon around the craft stick below the bottom of the hearts. Tie each one into a bow.
Remove the heavy object. If flower shape is dry, line the border of the plate with red glitter glue and glue craft jewels in between each of the felt strips to decorate.
Once the glitter glue is completely dry, insert the heart topped craft stick into the foam ball and display!

Tips: You can cut a simple heart freehand or use a cookie cutter.
This project requires a long period of time to dry. Speed things up by using a hot glue gun, parents should handle this step.
Craft foam is available in sheets and shapes at your local craft supply store.
Looking Good! Scrumptious!!!

Came across this recipe today and just had to share it with you all.

Below I have listed the some of the benefits of these types of soaps.

~ Goat Milk ~
Goat milk moisturizes the skin naturally because it is rich in vitamins, minerals, lipids, & proteins. Goats milk has vitamins, minerals, proteins, and alpha hydroxy acids that nourish and rejuvenate the skin resulting in a mild, non-irritating, and a highly moisturizing additive. It also helps balance the skins natural PH and promotes natural exfoliation.

Very moisturizing. Mango Butter has been traditionally used in the rainforests and tropics for its skin softening, soothing, moisturizing and protective properties and to restore flexibility and reduce degeneration of skin cells. It has a protective effect against UV radiation. Mango Butter will provide improvements and benefits in all the conditions listed below. Dermatologists often recommend Mango Butter for treatment of wrinkles, as most people who use it will notice decreased signs of aging and the disappearance of lines and wrinkles within 4 to 6 weeks of daily use.
